Managing self with Time

Congratulations to all of you for a month of lockdown. After successful month stay at home do you feel some things, some work is still undone. For some of us now the day which is more than 12 hours, managing all official work, household work children  and family.
Let's us see how we can manage ourself with time.

  • Most easy way let's have list of to do things and mark jobs as they are done.This will give clear picture of where you started and where you stand 
  • Plan your task for next day before you sleep and evaluate  the task you did. 
  • Have deadline to each task. Having deadline gives a sense of responsibility and time limit to finish  the activity. 
  • Apply "eat that frog" concept the concept  says do the ugliest  and difficult work first, once you are done with difficult  ones other jobs can be easily taken care of.
  • Interlink the jobs so that you automatically  go sequential.Bagging the task together  makes it easy to perform and get expected  result. 
  • Avoid multitasking and distractions.It will help serving one task at time in better way and avoiding  distractions  will save time. 
  • Use gadgets for betterment like reminders, calenders.It keeps you on schedule and pushes you for performance. 
  • Go for smart work, do it at once in such away that you can refer it as and when you want without hassle.
  • See where your time is wasted try and avoid it. That will ofcourse save your time. 
  • Believe in delegation and outsourcing.It helps concentrating on important  part of the task and stay focused.
  • Be more result orientated, once you know the product or say outcome of your job it becomes easy for you to take the route for completion . 
  • Change your schedule. It's easier way of managing time. 
  • Avoid entertaining  new task other than urgency. Doing two many task at a time, or even thinking about it my disturb you or discourage  your link.
  • Leave some buffer time between task to stay focused.That will help you concentrate and recharge  yourself for further activity.
  • Don't be perfectionist, because  it doesn't exist. The job will never end as with time the idea of perfection changes.
  • Say NO where ever needed, refusing to things will save time. 

It's time to experiment for betterment.if any of this tricks work,try and make it habit in your day to day  activities.life will get more sorted and some will come when no pending jobs  will be there.
